Expand your knowledge of pressing education law issues and obtain an Osgoode Certificate in Education Law while doing so.

The Osgoode Certificate in Education Law will take your education law knowledge to the next level. The curriculum of the Certificate was designed to ensure key areas to an overall comprehensive understanding in education law are mandatory requirements, with the opportunity to supplement with other programs of interest.

The modular design allows for some customization of your learning pathway and provides a 2-year timeframe to complete the requirements.

*Upon completion of course requirements, all Certificate graduates will obtain complimentary access to one of the Education Law online webinars of their choice.

Additional dates for mandatory offerings and elective modules will be announced on a rolling basis.


Certificate of Program Completion

5 days of program modules must be completed within a two-year period. Delegates who have declared their intention to complete the Certificate will be given priority placement in subsequent modules.

Fees

Fees include attendance, program materials, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments for each of the days of the program. The price does not include accommodations. Please inquire about group discounts and financial assistance. Fees paid by individuals are eligible for a tuition tax credit. Dress is business casual.

Program Changes

We will make every effort to present the certificate program as advertised, but it may be necessary to change the dates, location, speakers or content with little or no notice. In the event of program cancellation, York University and Osgoode Hall Law School’s liability is limited to reimbursement of paid fees.

Substitutions, Cancellations and Refunds

Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute a full refund (less $75 administration fee) is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 14 days prior to the program date. No other refund is available.
