As an educator or adviser working within or with a private or independent school, you know that many of the laws applicable to publicly funded educational institutions don’t apply to you, and yet, you face many of the same challenges, plus more. It is critical that you have a clear understanding of the laws that govern you and the best practices that should guide your actions.

Completion of this program counts towards

  • Privacy rights: striking the right balance
  • The human rights of staff vs. students: how should you prioritize?
  • What are the implications when your board ignores inappropriate behavior?

PLUS! Apply what you have learned with an Interactive Case Study! A chance to engage about the issues, strategies and best practices you can add to your HR toolkit.
