While administrative adjudication can be challenging at the best of times, the unique ethical issues that confront many board and tribunal members can be particularly difficult. The 2014 SOAR and OsgoodePD webinar series is designed help those involved in administrative adjudication navigate through a variety of the ethical challenges.

With an overview of key legal principles, guidelines, rules, statutes and regulations, each session will feature leading adjudicative and administrative law experts.
