In order to ensure the learning rights and safety of all students and staff is not compromised, it is essential that those working in special education have a complete and current understanding of the law and how to apply it.
This 12th Annual OsgoodePD program was developed to provide you with a practical, up-to-date understanding of the most pertinent legal challenges in special education law today and give you strategies to deal with them.
