Wendy Sutton

Wendy Sutton is Principal, Just Associates and Vice-Chair, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Ms. Sutton is a former Legal Chair of the Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security Review Tribunal, a former Director of Professional Practices with the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario and a former Senior Independent Security Advisor with the Passenger Protect Programme, Office of Reconsideration, Transport Canada. She is also a former partner and executive editor of coer.ca, online educational seminars for the not-for-profit health sectors. Ms. Sutton’s community involvement includes serving as a member of the Recruitment Committee of Women’s College Hospital and as a former Chair of the Board of Governors of the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws degree in Health Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
