Mitchell Marcus

Mitchell Marcus is the founder of General Counsel on Call as well as the co-founder and President of Strategic Growth Counsel Inc. Mr Marcus attended McGill Law School and graduated in 1984 with a BCL and 1985 with an LLB. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 1986 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991. Mr. Marcus’s legal practice has been spent in private practice, the insurance industry and with private equity before founding his current professional offerings. He has experience in corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, intellectual property and employment issues. Mr. Marcus also teaches a variety of educational courses for both lawyers and paralegal.
