Judith M Wolf

Judith M. Wolf is a professor at Seneca College in the School of Legal and Public Administration. She teaches a variety of courses in the law clerk and paralegal programs including all aspects of real estate law. As a sole practitioner since 1990, she acts as counsel to financial institutions and private lenders, in all areas of mortgage work and mortgage remedy work and acts on behalf of individuals with respect to the purchase, sale, and refinancing of property. She is also the author of A Practical Guide to Mortgage Remedies in Ontario and co-author of Legal Entities and Relationships, and Residential Real Estate Transactions. She has her J.D. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
