Bill C-13 came into force on March 10, 2015.

The new legislation has far reaching effects on domestic and international criminal search powers. It amends the Criminal Code, the Canada Evidence Act, the Competition Act and the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Act.

In this session Randy Schwartz, Deputy Director, Prosecution Support at the Crown Law Office - Criminal, (MAG), Ontario, will provide a comprehensive overview of the new provisions, including a practical, and detailed summary of the new investigative powers.
